Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Lovely setting. Quirky building with historical features. Nice leisure centre with pool and steam room and sauna

Negative: The service is patchy. We were told we could only have breakfast at 7am or 8.30 on day 2 of our stay as they had a large coach party. Neither of those times were practical for us and I am still waiting to be reimbursed for our missed breakfasts. Breakfast was poor- not well cooked and they often run out of provisions and guests get told off for seating themselves when no one is available to sign you in. A bit Fawlty Towers for over £200 a night.
