Positive: Having a private jacuzzi on your balcony is hard to beat. We loved the cats that were around and were very well taken care of and the staff was absolutely brilliant! Always friendly and attentive and every request we had was met with a great and fast solution.

Negative: Some people might not like that the location is not right in the center which means when you want to get to Heraklion's sights, bars etc., you'd have to walk for a bit, take a bus, or your own transportation. For us it was great being a bit outside the tourist area though as we had easy access to the motor way to explore nature sights of the island without driving through the traffic chaos of the center.
