Here, less than 60 meters away the 18 Kilometers of beach that crawl between Puerto del Carmen and Arrecife, guests will enjoy above all the rest relaxation, while being able to easily walk to all amenities, shops, restaurants and supermarkets. It is a corner bungalow with a beautiful fully furnished sun terrace (thatched) in south-west exposure (depending on the season, sunshine is from 9 or 10 AM 'till sunset); last of its row of small blocks of 4-5 semi-detached bungalows.
