The apartment is located on the 5th floor, providing a panoramic view to engaging and Rio Arade area. In addition to air conditioning in every room, hot tub, cable TV with over 200 channels, free internet (wi-fi), has a jacuzzi on the balcony that you will provide excellent moments of relax.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, ceramic hobs, microwave, dishwasher, laundry machine, Nespresso coffee machine and other appliances, so that in your stay has everything you need for a great holiday.
The living room, bedrooms and bathrooms (WC) have simple, contemporary decor, but extremely functional, that will make you feel like you're on vacation in a hotel.

The beach is 2 minutes walk and the pedestrian area of Praia da Rocha, you can still find various recreational activities, including golf, scuba diving and snorkeling, water skiing, jet ski, boat trips to the sea caves, trips fishing, hiking, biking, fishing, boating, parasailing and visits to water parks.
