The space
Within this Modern Beach Home there are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The Master has a King size bed with fresh linens that will comfortably fit two people and a wall closet with plenty of room for luggage & clothing.
The bathroom has a shower with tub, towels and soaps are provided.
The 2nd bedroom has a Double size bed with fresh linens and its own wall closet & and desk.
In the living room there is a couch and chairs to relax on, and a dining table and chairs.
The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator and stove to cook on. The kitchen comes stocked with pots and pans, cutlery, silverware, and dishes.
There is conventional drip coffee maker provided that makes some delicious coffee. There's even a toaster and a microwave.
As the listing states, there is a TV with an HDMI cord provided and a chromecast, but no cable TV. Feel free to stream your Netflix or other video content and plug it right into the TV. We find that our guests don't watch too much TV anyway, after all, you're in paradise!
Air Conditioning is provided by a central AC unit in the living room. It does its job on keeping the place cool, but we also have ceiling fans if you want a little extra air flow.
We have driveway for parking, external laundry room, and backyard to enjoy the sunshine.
