HOLT’s modern & bright studio can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests with a newly renovated queen-sized bedroom. Fully equipped with air conditioning and heating, as well as countless entertainment options with our Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, plus a fully stocked kitchen ready to use. Professionally cleaned by HOLT staff.

• A modern shower head with great pressure, and super hot water, for an all-encompassing clean

Guest Access:
Guests have full and exclusive use of the space during their stay. There may be times when HOLT staff require entry. We will communicate this with you in advance. In the event of an emergency, HOLT reserves the right to enter the property without prior guest approval.
The Neighborhood:
Our property is located in Piata Romana, one of the nicest areas in the center of Bucharest. The historic architecture, the old churches, the outdoor terraces and cafés and the romantic feel make of this unit one of the best spots in the city. Easy walking access to taxis and trams, and shared bikes and mopeds.
Getting Around:
There are many ways to get around the city. You are just a short walking distance to buses, trolleys, taxis, as well as bike and scooter sharing companies and of course, ride hailing services like Uber.
Other Things to Note:
All guests must sign a HOLT rental agreement, submit identification & provide contact details before arrival to receive HOLT's Boarding Pass with check-in and property information. HOLT reserves the right to request a copy of a government-issued ID for each guest in the reservation.
The property has a CCTV security camera on the exterior of the property with a view of the entrance of our property. There are no recording devices in private areas of the unit. All recordings are deleted after 30 days.

This is a pet-friendly property. There is an additional €50 sanitation fee per pet and also a €200 security deposit in total which is refundable after your check out when HOLT’s cleaners confirm there is no pet damage.
