"Back Nine" is a new, yet timeless classic Nantucket beach house in the coveted Beach Plum Community. Conveniently located nearly equidistant between town and Surfside beach, this is the perfect spot for your family or grownup getaway.
The house is beautifully decorated with Serena & Lily coastal decor, complete with original art and high end finishes throughout the house. Reclaimed driftwood floors give the house the perfect coastal vibe. Relax and enjoy your morning coffee in the cozy den with gas fireplace or the open floor plan dining/living room. The house sleeps 12 (max 8 adults) and can fit one or two families comfortably.
Upon returning from one of the many nearby Southside beaches (Surfside, Nobadeer, Miacomet), enjoy a moment of peace relaxing in the private plunge pool/spa tub in the beautifully landscaped back yard while your kids play and make new Summer friends at the Beach Plum community pool, tennis and bocce courts. Wash off in the outdoor shower and enjoy a cocktail around the fire pit on the bluestone patio while listening to your favorite tunes on the Sonos surround sound system.
If the beach isn’t your thing, hop on the adjacent Surfside or Milestone bicycle paths to enjoy a scenic ride or enjoy the hiking trails in the Nantucket Forest next door. Open living, dining and kitchen area with glass doors opening out to the blue stone patio and pool area on one side and a fenced-in yard with blue stone patio and dining furniture out back. The first floor includes a large master bedroom (king bed) + en suite bath and a half bath/powder room.

Have your kids or guests choose from two tastefully decorated guest bedrooms each with queen beds and their own full private baths (one with a tub/shower).
Lower Level: Spacious finished basement, 65" TV, poker table, sectional sofa and foosball table. There is one bedroom with twin beds and a full bath and another "Nantucket" BR with two sets of bunk beds.
