High Meadow Manor - a farmhouse style 3 story home located in a family-friendly neighborhood. Only 12 mins to the vibrant downtown Asheville and 14 mins to the iconic Biltmore Estate. Amazing amenities to highlight are our epic game room (heated & cooled) with ping pong, pool table, darts, bball and life size jenga! An outside hot tub, fire pit, and tons of seating on back deck & grill in the fenced in yard. There is truly something for everyone in your group! The Manor can sleep up to 16 guests!
The Space:
Welcome to High Meadows Manor A Unique Vacation Signature property. This Farmhouse style home has something for the whole gang! Sleeping arrangements include: 5 king beds, 4 queens, 4 twins, and a bunk room (2 twins). 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, a kitchen and a FULLY loaded Game room (inside the heated + cooled converted garage).
Outdoor entertainment with a fire pit + chairs, a wrap around porch with plenty of outdoor seating. A 4 person hot tub and a fenced in yard. We are pet friendly, and per our pet policy have a pet fee (non refundable) of 125/per pet, per stay. We allow up to 2 pets and ask that you supervise your fur animals while outdoors, and please do not let animals on the furniture and do not use our linens for your pet/s, Thank you.
This farmhouse vacation rental home has 3 levels of which beds can accommodate many guests. Please review the photos captions for exact number of sleeping. Nestled in a neighborhood surrounded by large trees and nature with a view in winter of WNC Mountain range at a distance. Only a short 13 min drive to the center of Downtown Asheville & The Biltmore Estate.
When you enter the home through the screened in porch, you walk into the well stocked kitchen with a refrigerator, regular coffee maker, oven, microwave, and a stove in island, a dining table (seating for 10). The bar opens up and overlooks the 1st of 2 living areas with a TV, fireplace (gas) and another dining table (seating for 10).
The main level has a laundry room, guest half bath, Bedroom #1 with 1 king bed, Bedroom #2 with king bed and unattached full bath.
The top level has a unattached full bath, Bedroom #3: with king bed & Bedroom #4: 2 queen beds both has a nook with a desk / workspace and cute farmhouse furnishings.
The basement has a secondary living/ entertainment space with a 75" LED Smart TV, and couches. Bedroom #5 w/ 2 queen beds (connected to bedroom #6), Bedroom #6 w/ 1 king bed (connected to bedroom #5), Bedroom #7 w/ bunk bed (twin size) connecting to another room with 1 king bed and 4 twin mattresses in a loft and en suite bath & nattached full bath for bedroom #5 & #6.
The Bedroom #7 has a loft-style with 4 twin mattresses with a mural of Asheville hotspots and the famous Blue Ridge Mountains, painted by a local Asheville artist.

- We do NOT allow parties.
- We ask that guests are mindful of the neighboring homes and honor our Quiet Hours starting at 10:00 pm.
- No music outdoors.
- Guest booking MUST be 25 years old or older.
- No smoking allowed. Please go off property if you intend to smoke, and dispose of cigarette buts accordingly. Any trace of smoking found, of any kind, will result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Pet policy: We are pet friendly, however we ask for approval at the time of booking. We allow up to 2 house trained pets for a one time pet fee of $125/per pet, per stay.
Please supervise your pets outdoors. Please DO NOT allow pets on the furniture or bedding. Kindly do not use our linens for your fur animals. Please bring your own crate, bedding, and leash from home. We have a dog water / feeding station at the home for your pet use. Thank you for your cooperation to continue to allow us to make our home pet-friendly.

- We do NOT allow parties or events - gatherings over the maximum occupancy of 16 will result in an immediate canceled reservation. Guest booking MUST be 25 years old or older.
Outdoor trash bins need to be taken to the curb on Sunday prior to your check-out or by end of day Sunday if your reservation goes through Monday each week. Cans need to be pulled back up from the curb after pick-up by 7PM on Monday. Trash collection is Monday morning every week unless adjusted for holiday schedule. Trash must be in bags and not loose in cans.
Pets are allowed at this location, we do have a $125 pet fee each for up to 2 pets. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home you will be charged $250 for cleaning + any additional damages.

Absolutely no smoking in or near the building. Any smoking must be outdoors and at least 25 feet from open doors or windows. Guests will be fined if the smoking policy is violated.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
No parking on the street**
Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM, please do not disturb our neighbors or the overall peace and quiet in the area.
Lawn maintenance is done every other week and is required. We cannot schedule lawn maintenance around guest stays, please know maintenance may be done during your stay and lasts about 30 minutes or so. The lawn maintenance team does NOT have access to the home.
