This is a 3 story 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath modern townhome with stunning views conveniently situated halfway between the San Diego Harbor and the western side of Balboa Park. It's a low-traffic area given it's proximity to downtown, yet is only a few short blocks to the bustling district of Little Italy where visitors can find any number of incredible restaurants, hip coffee shops, and upscale bars. It is also just six blocks from Balboa Park, one of the largest and most beautiful urban parks in the nation, and home to the world famous San Diego zoo. The home is very recently renovated on both the main and master suite floors. It is stunningly appointed with high-end furnishings and appliances with a very luxurious and contemporary yet comfortable style. Each bedroom is outfitted with a luxuriously comfortable queen size bed, and each has it's own dedicated adjacent or en-suite bath with shower. Two of the bedrooms have balconies with stunning views of the San Diego Harbor, the downtown skyline, Coronado Island and Point Loma. The master balcony is an expansive, welcoming space perfect for up to eight to have breakfast or enjoying evening cocktails while watching the sun set over The Harbor and the city lights come up all at the same time. A sleek space downstairs with an adjacent half bath can be made available with an additional full size bed to sleep a 7th and/or even 8th guest. There is always an open garage space for at least one car.
Note that this is the host's primary personal residence and accept reservations only for timeframes that I am able to take advantage of the time for a getaway of my own, or will be traveling on business. Advance notice is appreciated along with full description of intended guests and activities as I'm very selective about whom I accept to rent the home.
