Spacious condo with a sense of privacy and security, yet in a prime location. Yacht and Tennis Club is a gated community located on acres of pristine waterfront. The community amenities have all been recently remodeled with heated waterfront pool and spa, a remodeled large fitness room with water view & sauna room. The newly remodeled clubhouse has barbecue grills, wet bar and room for private gatherings. There is a billiard room, shuffleboard area and 7 HarTru tennis courts that are also used for pickleball, with a tennis pro on staff. All this within a short stroll to St. Pete Beach, Sunset Beach and multiple restaurants.
