It's perfectly located and a large family home with lots of living space, a comfy fire place, an open kitchen and a big living room. Upstairs are 2 bed rooms with ample space and 2 full bathrooms for guest use.
Our home is located in a peaceful walkable, bikeable neighborhood, 5 minutes away by car from the ski slopes. Also connected to the local free bus system. Park City old town is also about 5min drive away. The property has 2 free parking spots ( one garage one driveway)

Big open kitchen/dining area/living room space downstairs. 2 simple European style bedrooms upstairs with working space area. Altogether the home has 2 full bathrooms for guest use.
Ski storage is possible in the garage.

The house has been upgraded to heated floors making it super comfortable in winter. We as a family live in the house full time and only rent it out when we are travelling.
