This listing is in the heart of San Diego and is 12 minutes away from Downtown/Gaslamp, & 3rd ave Chula Vista for nightclubs/ breweries, and 2 minutes away from the shopping center. Includes a KING SIZE BED. More importantly, for the safety of our guests…ever since COVID-19 pandemic hit the region I have went ahead & implemented a specific & profesional sanitizing guideline for each reservation to give our guests peace of mind.
The space
The house is newly remodeled & has a modern minimalist touch to it. Has ceramic flooring & brand new furniture throughout. There is a beautifully appointed kitchen with a gas range stove, full fridge/freezer, quarts countertops & a dining room table. Teapot & coffee maker & all new cooking/serving utensils. Has A/C & heater throughout the whole home. Master bedroom has an EASTERN KING BED & 55" TV, family room has 65" TV, both with Netflix & more. Living room has a sofa bed with a queen size memory foam mattress. Wifi is included. Washer/dryer as well. Has a security camera in the front of the property facing the main entrance door. Nice solid home.
