Guests will enjoy overlooking the relaxing pool with lighting to set the mood, a bocce ball court and putting green from the spacious patio and from inside this open floor plan. There is a shuffleboard table in the bonus room - fun for all!

The main house has three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an outdoor full bathroom off the pool and gaming area. The bonus area offers additional sleeping and bathroom, each with its own entrance.
Guests can enjoy the most updated appliances with quartz countertops in the large chef's kitchen with counter and additional dining seating. The open concept living area and kitchen are bright and airy with glass sliders opening the house to the pool and lawn for a wonderful Palm Springs experience.
For your added pleasure, this home includes 3 flat-screen TVs, an outdoor propane grill, fully groomed bocce ball court, putting green, saltwater pool and spa. Beautiful decorated with 15-foot ceilings in the living room. Tall Fica trees surround the property creating a private oasis from the outside world. (1 putter provided / bocce balls / 1 to 2 golf balls provided).
Pool/Spa use varies on length of stay from $75 to 100/day and will be charged for the entire trip and must be paid 5 days prior to your arrival date or reservation is subject to be canceled with no refunds given.
