One large king size bedroom with private bathroom and shower located in the basement with own lounge (with sofa bed suitable for children). Two bedrooms located on the first floor with wardrobes and a main bathroom with walk in shower. The main king size bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the pool and the rear double size bedroom has a small balcony.
Well equipped kitchen/diner and lounge to the main ground floor, with patio doors and access to a terrace overlooking the pool area and private gated garden.
The house has use of a large private community pool for residents only and has its own private rooftop solarium with dining table, seating area and sun loungers. Perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the sun.
