You'll have the most privacy on the beach, but you're also super close to restaurants, shopping, and activities. Every room has a water view! See gorgeous sunrises over the ocean in the mornings and watch spectacular sun sets over the sound at night, complete with views of Bodie Island lighthouse. Fully renovated in 2023.
The space
“Surfs Up” is brand new to VRBO for 2023. Please see our other listings for reviews. This completely renovated house is like new! All furniture and Sealy Beautyrest mattresses are brand new and super comfy. Kitchen appliances and hvac are all new as well so you don’t have to worry about mechanical breakdowns during your vacation. Flooring, paint, bathrooms, lighting, ceiling fans. and windows are all new as well.
Enjoy the beautiful ocean views and easy walk to the beach. A brand new propane grill is ready for your beach cookout! The kitchen is also fully equipped for your all your cooking needs.
Beach chairs and games are located in a storage are right by the outdoor shower.
The house features a reverse floor plan with 3 bedrooms and full bathroom on the first floor and the master bedroom with attached master bath on the upper level. Living room, kitchen, and dining room on the upper level as well.
Summer checkin and checkout days are on usually on Sundays, but we do have some shorter stays available this year so please inquire. Sorry, NO pets!
