Welcome to Palm Ave, our newest property in Imperial Beach. Palm Ave is only one block away from the beach! This gorgeous two bedroom, two bath condo has more than 1100 square feet of living space. Complete with a balcony, outdoor dining area, and a BBQ grill. This property has a private garage with direct access to the individual unit. Guest can also access it from the street. Upon entering the beach house, you will find a newly remodeled open floor plan living area with 55" flat-screen TV( Netflix , Roku free WIFI) a dining room, kitchen and two full bath rooms. A comfortable queen sofa sleeper. On the second floor are two newly decorated bedrooms with brand new queen size beds, one room has a very large closet. The second full bath is situated between both bedrooms for convenient access. We want it to be easy for you to have a good time, so we have stocked our condo with two bikes, boogie boards, a wagon, some beach chairs, a cooler, an umbrella and a few sand toys for you to use while on vacation. We also have a washer & dryer in the unit located in the garage. We provide laundry soap, shampoo , conditioner, body wash, coffee creamer and beverages to get you started on your vacation. We also have a board games for family time. Condo also has A/C for the too Hot summer days.
