Positive: Location is good and easy access to the highway and moving around Alpes Maritimes.

Negative: The rooms are old, the bed and pillows are not comfortable, walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, and the plumbing is very noisy and wakes you up when neighbors take a shower or use the toilet.
