This fully renovated, 2300sqft, 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is located in the highly sought after neighborhood of Arlington Park. It's a 5 minute drive to Siesta Key, so you can be sure you are living the beach life, but also have a quiet retreat away from the crowd. Situated on a corner lot, our guests have exclusive access to large outdoor spaces ideal for entertaining or, simply, relaxing in style! The 1st outdoor space offers a 10,000 gallon pool, hot tub, loungers, and a sitting area with a large TV. The 2nd outdoor space, off the kitchen, is a great place to grill, dine, and converse at the end of the day. On cooler evenings you can enjoy a glass of wine by the fire. Feel free to bring along your furry friend to enjoy our fully fenced compound! All bedrooms have brand new mattresses and are equipped with Smart TV's and charging stations. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you may need from holiday celebrations to quick breakfasts. Arlington Park a mere 5 minutes to downtown and the marina, boasts scenic walking trails around a lake, and a large dog park for both large and small breeds. My wife and I live within 5 minutes of the property and are quick to respond to anything you may require!

Of note, the pool isn't heated, and during the winter months it will become much cooler than normal. We hope you can enjoy the hot tub on those days!
