THE ROSEWOOD HOUSE
The Rosewood provides comfort in Pittsburgh's West End. The home features warm casual spaces, curated with vintage furnishings found all over our city.
Fully furnished kitchen with stainless steel appliances: dishwasher, electric range, fridge/freezer, and Keurig machine. Coffee pods, tea, sugar, and dishwasher pods provided. All the basic kitchen amenities—including pots, pans, oil and spices—are available so that you can enjoy a home-cooked meal.
Relax in the living room and large basement with smart TV access to all major streaming platforms, books, or board games. Basement features a 60" Smart TV and Pac Man arcade game set to free-play and retro-fitted with Ms. Pac Man, Donkey Kong Jr, Galaga, Dig Dug, + more.
There are three bedrooms and one and a half bathrooms in the house. Each bedroom is equipped with closet and dresser space. Two bedrooms have queen beds and the third has a full sleeper sofa. The full bathroom features a shower tub. Free laundry access in the basement with a few Tide pods provided.
The backyard features an outdoor fire pit and covered patio that seats six easily. Additional seating with folding camp chairs stored in the laundry room.
The entire house has a strong WiFi connection, perfect for remote working or a chance to recharge with your group.

This area is great for a group who loves their own space, clean comfort, and a quick commute to all Pittsburgh events and activities.
Guests may enjoy all areas of the home and property other than the detached garage and two storage closets, all of which are locked.

Additional guests may sleep on the provided queen foam mattress with metal frame. This serves as a fourth bed and is set-up in the basement upon request, prior to arrival. Extra blankets, towels, and pillows are provided upon request. If your group plans to use either sofa for sleeping arrangements, sheets and pillow cases must be used.
