BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a queen-sized bed topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. It also has plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM:
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay.
KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to the following:
- fridge/freezer

- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM:
The living room has an 85" smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING:
The garage can accommodate one car. Take note that a small car is only allowed to park. If you need additional parking, there is paid parking available in the hotel's car park. The assigned spot is in the same car park, but in the public parking area on B1. Another option is paid street parking on Mort Street but do note that time restrictions apply.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES:
You will have access to the building's gym, pool, and sauna throughout your stay. Common areas are on the same floor (1st level).
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm the availability of common areas.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.
There is a key-safe for self-check-in. Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee.
I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.
I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need me. I can also provide you with tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!
There are so many exciting things to do and see in the area! If you're interested in museums, be sure to check out the National Museum of Australia, the Australian War Memorial, or the Canberra Museum & Gallery, which are all just a quick drive away from the apartment.
And when it comes to dining out, you're in luck! There are plenty of delicious restaurants to choose from. Here are my top three recommendations:
1. Pizza Gusto - This pizza place is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment and offers generous portions, great food, and affordable prices.
2. Akiba - If you're in the mood for Asian cuisine, you won't want to miss Akiba. This restaurant is just a 10-minute walk away and offers excellent food and drinks. It's the perfect spot to visit with friends or family.
3. The Civic Pub - The Civic Pub is a great place to hang out with friends or colleagues. They have a pool table, good food, and drinks, so you can have a great time without having to go far.

There are multiple modes of transportation available in the area. You can opt for a bus, train, or choose a taxi or Uber, depending on your preference and convenience.
Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $55 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.
2. I have a STRICT "No Pets Policy" and "No Smoking Policy". These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.
3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).
4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.
5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you're a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.
6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.
7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don't stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.
8. The property is not child-proofed and we don't have specific amenities for infants (i.e. high chair, cot). However, children under adult supervision are permitted.
