This community calls these townhouses surrounded by tropical palms, oaks and mangroves “tree houses”. Since these “tree houses” are located on the water, they are accessible only via a boardwalk and don't have direct street access.

A new sponge, dish soap, trash bags and dishwashing detergent to get you started are included.

There is a dining area next to the kitchen, comfortable seating up to 6 guests, overlooking “The Boardwalk”.

This bedroom faces the “boardwalk” and has a Queen-sized bed, a night stand, dresser & closet.

★Bedroom 3:
This room has a queen-sized sleeper sofa (inflatable by electric pump) and is used as an office with the desk facing the water and shares the bathroom with the guest room. It also has a small smart tv (limited streaming options) with cable and a little balcony. Bedding & linens are included.
★Master Bathroom:
The master bathroom features two sinks (his and hers sinks and vanities), a toilet and walk-in shower as well as two bathroom vanities. Towels and essential soap products are included.
★Bathroom 2:
This Jack & Jill guest bathroom is located down the hallway and features a bathtub, sink and toilet. Towels and essential soap products are included.
★Bathroom 3:
This half-bath is located on the ground floor close to the entry and features a toilet and sink. Towels and essential soap products are included.
★Extra room:
Originally intended as a garage, the extra room is on the ground floor close to the kitchen has been recently renovated to serve multiple functions—it now houses a spacious area that combines an office, exercise room, and laundry facilities.
★Exterior:
The ground floor leads out to a large deck with plenty of seating & lounging options; a large couch, two lounge chairs, a dining table w/ umbrella that seats four, a BBQ and access to the intercoastal. It is the perfect location to enjoy the sunsets.
You can access the water through a small path through the mangroves.
★Laundry:
You will find the washer/dryer in a closet in the Extra Room. Basic detergents are supplied to start you off.
