Location, Location, Location!!! Welcome to paradise! Large, clean, quiet private unit close to everything here in Fort Lauderdale! Fort Lauderdale Beach 4.8 miles, Hardrock Casino 6.5 miles, Broward County Convention Center 3.2 miles, Las Olas restaurant and night club district 3 miles, Broward Center for Performing Arts 2.9 miles, South Beach and Everglades are 29 miles away but I am located at I-95 and 595 making it an easy 30 min drive, Port Everglades 3 miles, Wilton Manors is a quick drive 6 miles away. THIS IS NEW!!! Fort Lauderdale is only city in Florida where e-scooters are available as a great alternative to explore our paradise! I have hosted over 97 guests from around the world with 87% 5-star ratings, 12% 4-star ratings and one 3 star rating (LOL you can't please everyone but I try!) I take care of and live here with my mom who suffered a stroke 15 years ago (No problem as we are blessed and laugh every day!) so there is always someone home. 24 hour surveillance cameras monitor property for added security! Come on down! You won't be sorry! We have owned and lived here in this quiet neighborhood 25 years! Fast food McDonalds, Wendy's and Subway within walking distance also WalMart Super Center less than 2 miles away. Any other questions you may have I will be glad to answer. My unit does have kitchen area but I am only set up for light cooking with hotplate and microwave. Full sized refrigerator is in unit, however bathroom sink is only sink to wash dishes or pans. I do own two dogs that are friendly and always under my control when outside. I have only one rule here, I ask my guests to please shut entrance gate by hand whether coming or leaving.
