Every inch of paint, lights, fans, furniture, cabinets, bathrooms, appliances… I mean literally every single thing you can think of has been totally redone. Perfect getaway if you are looking for a conveniently located spot that can accommodate multiple family’s or the whole gang! A two minute walking distance to multiple beach accesses. Pool and outdoor furniture for 15+ guests. Enjoy sunrise and sun sets from the third floor balcony!

I have poured a lot of love into this home to give it the ultimate beach feel, but also enjoy a spot with some of the nicer accommodations of any of the beach houses around.

Summary: The owner was so easy to deal with and if we needed anything he was responding within minutes. The house was beautiful and clean. If you are looking to just relax at the beach with your own pool and hot tub this house was great. It was a little chilly so I only went to the beach once but the walk was not bad and beeches were pretty.
