The owners of top rated Blue Moon (Listing #778610) and SkyFall (Listing #1152300) Beach Houses welcome you to their newest and newly renovated house on Hatteras Island - FOUR WINDS. Four Winds has 4 King Master Bedrooms, a built in bunk bed room with 6 bunks and the house can comfortably sleep 21 people! DESCRIPTION
Although Four Winds is semi oceanfront, is has better and easier access to the beach than many oceanfront homes. The house sits close enough to the ocean so that the waves will lull you to sleep at night and you can take the well maintained boardwalk to the beach directly across the road from Four Winds for easy and fast access to the waves..
After a long day at the beach, head to your private pool area for more fun! Four Winds, has the largest hot tub on Hatteras Island and it fits 10 people, so you can relax in the bubbling hot tub or cool off in the large, private pool. You'll find nearby double outdoor showers, both with hot and cold water. The Private Pool is generally open from mid -April through late October. Cost of pool heat is $450 for the week. Please contact us if you'd like to verify availability for specific dates.
Arriving at Four Winds, you'll first notice the concrete driveway with ample parking for multiple vehicles.
Level 1:
The first floor offers a Retro Baseball Game Room with a pool table, wet bar/kitchenette, full size refrigerator with ice maker and microwave. There is also an elevator on this floor with easy access to the other two floors.
When you need a break from the sun, enjoy the adjacent private home theater room with a 80" 4K High Definition TV with Cinema surround sound and a Blu-Ray player. The laundry and a half bath are also found on the first floor.
Level 2:
The second floor has three king bedrooms and one trundle bedroom with three twin beds. Right next to the trundle bedroom is a built in bunkbed room with 6 twin beds to sleep 6 of your little pirates. Huge 4K flatscreen TVs are found in all of these bedrooms, not the tiny TVs that are found in most beach houses in the OBX.
Level 3:
The top floor features an impressive great room with ample seating. In the Living Room, there is also a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. Please note that pillows and linens for the sleeper sofa can be rented from Shore Details, or you can bring your own. The kitchen has gourmet appliances, tile floor, custom cabinets and a breakfast bar with seating for 4. The master king bedroom suite with separate shower and whirlpool tub is also found on the top floor. We provide a high chair and porta crib.
Loft
The loft area has beautiful views of the surrounding Island and a large game table. There is also a Daybed/trundle bed with two twin beds that can sleep two people.
Linens are provided for every bedroom and the beds are made before you arrive with additional linens and pillows available for rent at a reasonable cost for the pull-out sleeper sofa and loft bed. Luxurious, plush bath towel sets are provided for each bathroom..
You can rent additional high quality linens and towel sets at a reasonable cost, or bring your own from home.
The location of this house allows you great privacy, but is still close to shops and restaurants, charter fishing, and all of the local Hatteras Island Villages.
