The Village is nested between Rosemary and Alys Beach on 30A. Perfect for couples and families, reunions, meetings, retreats, bike rides, golf getaways and destination weddings. Art heaven. Many unique shops and local restaurants are walking distance.
Picture yourself standing on the private porch of this spacious three bedroom, two bathroom escape from every day life experiencing an amazing display of color in the sky as the sun sets over the horizon. You have just wrapped up a day of swimming in the shimmering emerald waters, walking along the white sand beaches and soaking up some sun. Below you, in the Peddler's Pavilion, people are starting to gather as they anticipate enjoying the delectable treats waiting for them at local restaurants. A local band is setting up for a set of live music around a bonfire.
You and your family will be perfectly comfortable in this beautifully decorated vacation home situated in the private corner of the top floor of the Villages of South Walton condominium complex located along world famous 30A nestled between Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach.
As you walk through the front door of your home away from home, you will find bedrooms flanking both sides of the hall. The bedroom on the right features twin size bunk beds with a staircase leading to the upper bunk and access to a full bathroom. The room on the left is outfitted with a queen-size bed with hallway access to the full bathroom (shared by the bunk room). Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television.
As you continue down the hall, you will enter an open kitchen/family area. The well appointed kitchen features ample counter space and bar seating for three. The family room is separated from the kitchen by the dining area which provides comfortable seating for six. When you are ready to unwind, just sit back and watch the large flat screen television while you relax on the comfy sofa which doubles as a full sleeper or just bask in the gulf view from the covered balcony. The spacious master bedroom is off to the left of the family room and features a king-sized bed, a flat screen television and private access to the balcony. The master bathroom features dual vanities, a walk-in shower and a jetted garden tub.
