Welcome to the ultimate green luxury! This charming studio oasis sits directly facing the Tilden Regional Park with stunning landscapes at every angle (one of the best scenic backyards in the Berkeley Hills). The space is newly renovated with brand new appliances. The patio is shared with other guests staying at our other unit (max. 2 guests).
You are only 10 min. drive from downtown (you can walk down via unique paved paths in 40 min.) and 15 min. walk to Lake Anza in Tilden Park, golf course, and many hiking trails.

Experience the peace and serenity of living by the forest in a thoughtfully designed private gueststudio. There are ample of free street parking that directly leads you to the guests entry gate, past the shared back patio, then to your private unit.

Explore the hundreds of trails all over Tilden Park and/or stroll through the magical nature paths between fairy-tale like houses. Don't forget to walk to Lake Anza (15 min.) and spend a few hours at the secluded beach with life guard (specific hours).

Only 10 min. drive by car or 40 min walk through the paved nature paths between houses.
-Bird watching?
This serene community is known to attract all types of rare feathered-friends. Many avid birdwatchers come from all over the bay to get a chance to see them.

After a quick tour from us and handing of the key, you are invited to hangout in the back patio (shared with other guests). Please do not enter the verdanda (will be roped off).

Since we're in the hills, cellphone signals can be wonky, but once you're connected to the WIFI, you're good!
Temporary note: The built-in cooktop is currently out of order. BUT a portable two burners cooktop is available. (I also have airfryer, instapot, and grill/press upon request).
