Our North Fork home is an escape from the real world. We are parked on 3 private acres. There's a heated pool and plenty of space inside. Near us are beaches, wineries, organic farms and some of the best restaurants on Long Island. Our home is perfect for families with kids, but also works great for couples and friends. First floor includes the Main Living Room area with high ceilings and access to an outside wrap around deck which overlooks pool area. Also included is a modern Chef's Kitchen, Dining Area, Master Bedroom and Bath. Downstairs, the Bar Room provides direct access to the Pool. Downstairs also has the Guest Room, Washer/Dryer and Bath. Upstairs, Bedroom 3 has a full over full bunk bed with trundle, daybed and a crib (crib can be removed upon request).
Bedroom 4 also has various sleeping options. There is a daybed with trundle which can be converted to a king bed. Also in Bedroom 4 is a lofted sleeping area with a full size bed as well as a twin if needed. Guests have complete access to the house (including the garage and outside property) except a minimal storage space upstairs and a closet in the 1st and lower level.
