We are tucked away in a nice, calm neighborhood just outside the hustle and bustle of the Strip. Please take advantage of the bright Nevada weather by soaking in our lovely private pool. The house features 4-bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is tastefully adorned and thoughtfully planned with you in mind.

** POOL HEATING **
Pool heating is available so you can enjoy it during cooler weather! There is a $100/night and $50/overnight fee for using the heater.
and it must be paid prior to your stay with the deposit. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your check-in as we’ll need time to properly heat the pool for your stay. The pool will be heated to approximately 84 degrees.

Please be respectful of our home and of the neighbors - this is a quiet community, and as such, we require that guests have no loud music, no parties and no hosting large groups. If we receive a noise complaint you will receive 1 warning. If you have a party we will cancel your reservation without refund and you will be required to leave the home immediately.
Quiet hours start at 9 pm. Per the city's rules guests must adhere to this.
Please note the maximum number of guests at our home is 8. We cannot allow any visitors inside or out that go over that number. We greatly appreciate your cooperation!
