The ground floor studio features a queen-sized bed, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child. A large walkout private patio with a table, 4 chairs, and 2 chaise lounges allow you to enjoy the white sand beach and the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Sip your beverage of choice as you enjoy the sunsets and the balmy breezes on your private patio which faces the aqua waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This is a condo that you will want to return to year after year. We take great pride in our property and hope you will too! We have no hidden costs, our rates are posted and the only additional fee to that is Florida State tax and departure cleaning there is nothing we can do about that.

We provide linen, bedding, and towels for your entire stay…we are supporters of an eco-friendly environment,and water conservation, and approach the managementof our unit by adhering to those principles. We thank you for respecting our philosophy, and mother nature. Daily maid and towel service is not included in the rates that are posted. We offer the lowest rates in this resort compared to all the other units and we as the owners do not charge any booking fee. On your arrival, you will have a full complement of linens and towels for the length of your stay.

Before loading the dishwasher, kindly clear dishes and pots of ALL food remnants and debris, as that will clog the filter, preventing clean and sanitized dishes. Prior to your departure from the unit: Please load the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and pots, set it to the basic wash cycle, and turn it on. Please take any garbage, in particular, any food to the outside receptacle. This is an island, and it is the tropics, everything attracts fruit flies.
