Beach Daze at ”One Particular Harbour by Margaritaville" offers tropical, resort-like amenities with a heated pool, splash pad, gas barbecue grills and playground for the kids. This new 1,500 square foot, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo has everything you could ask for and more. Condo includes a fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dual ovens, microwave, dishwasher, Margarita Maker, Keurig coffee machine, dishes, glassware, silverware, pots and pans, knife set, toaster oven, and blender. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed and large ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom, luggage racks with shelves. King-size bed in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms and living room include big screen smart TVs with cable service, Netflix and Roku included. Free WiFi, sleeper sofa with upgraded queen mattress, screened-in lanai with outdoor lounging and dining area, washer and dryer. Rental also includes a set of cruiser bikes with helmets and locking chains, beach chairs, coolers, beach umbrella, beach towels, BBQing set. There is an assigned covered parking space underneath the building and plenty of guest parking. There is an elevator located in the center of the building complete with a luggage cart to bring your luggage and groceries up to the condo.
