Wild Hearts on the Sea - your dream OCEANFRONT gateway vacation rental home, located in Corolla, NC. The property is located in the famous Ocean Sands community and is the perfect turnkey weekly Outer Banks vacation rental. It offers 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, and sleeps 12 to 14 people. The reverse floor plan has a wonderful, workable kitchen with a gorgeous dune and ocean views. The brand-new Deck on the top floor has a hot tub where you can enjoy endless sunrises while drinking your morning coffee or tea. The Beach Ramp is on our property, for easy access to the ocean, saving you the hike to the beach like most other homes in Ocean Sands.
We offer a Friday Change-over day during prime season (Memorial weekend through Labor Day). This will save you 5 hours vs. a Saturday or Sunday change-over, both coming and going—so less time driving and more quality time with family and friends. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday. Off-season, we are flexible on any dates.
The Famous Ocean, Lake, Swim & Tennis Club is only seven houses away. It has five great tennis courts, a large pool with two gazebos for shade, and a kiddy pool. You can also enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing on the rare 7-acre stocked lake. It's a haven for ducks, egrets, and other waterfowl. Go for an evening stroll around the lake while the kids enjoy fishing.
Ocean Sands is a friendly, family-oriented community. The beaches are clean and wide with soft sand. Vegetation and wildlife abound, with dolphins frolicking right in your backyard. The quiet roads around the entire Ocean Sands community make the evening strolls, morning walks and biking a great way to spend the time around the property when you are not on the beach.
The house is conveniently located about 1 mile from the Harris Teeter complex going South and 1 mile from the Food Lion and Tim-Buck II shopping and restaurant complex to the north. Currituck Golf Course is across the street from the Ocean Sands Community.
Corolla is one of the very best vacation destinations in the OBX with so much to do and see. Corolla attractions, restaurants, water sports, and shopping. The Currituck Club Golf Course is directly across the street from Ocean Sands. We are the perfect backdrop for a great Outer Banks vacation.
