This home is 3 levels with 1 bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom on the ground level,
2 bedrooms with King Beds and ensuite bathrooms on the second upstairs level, and the kitchen/dinning room/living room area on the third upstairs level with the ocean view and a hald bathroom.
As you plan your stay with us, please take note of a few important details to ensure a seamless experience. Prior to your arrival, we kindly ask all guests to complete our company's check-in forms, facilitating a smooth and secure process. We also work with a third-party insurance that covers property damages and conducts background checks. Participation is optional, ensuring your privacy and convenience.
Considering the unpredictability of travel, we recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard your investment, as our cancellation policies remain in effect to uphold the integrity of our operations.

There is a required monthly cleaning fee to be scheduled monthly of $335 a month. This monthly cleaning fee is required every 30 days of the duration of the reservation and Guests are required to schedule it and a request for payment will be sent.
●This vacation rental has a Manhattan Beach business license allowing for short-term stays. TOT taxes of 14% will apply.
● Fireplace is only for design purposes and not available for use.
●Nestled within a tranquil neighborhood, we kindly request adherence to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am, ensuring a peaceful atmosphere for all. Please refrain from hosting events or playing loud music, as we prioritize the comfort and well-being of our neighbors and guests alike.
●No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your reservtion are allowed in the home, unless approved by host. Should number of guests on the property exceed the amount in the reservation, the reservation will be canceled immediately at host's discretion with no refund.
●This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in unit and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance.
●We cannot accommodate pets due to our delicate wood floors, although we love them dearly.
●Our cleaning staff arrives promptly at checkout to prepare for our next guests. There will be a late checkout charge of $150 for the first 30 minutes, and a charge of $150 for each 30mins thereafter, unless complimentary check-out has been given by host prior.
●Guest who violate the rules or who do not check out on time, or cancel the reservation, forfeit their right to leave a public review.
