Recently renovated three-bedroom home in quiet neighborhood. Bright windows & french doors throughout the house. Sunroom/office off of the kitchen adds lots of brightness! Entertainment Gazebo out back for dinner or movie or both!
Recently added hot tub/spa w/outdoor shower.
Located 2 mi. from Sullivan's Island beach, 1 mi. from Shem Creek & 5 mi. from downtown Charleston! We are in the Center of it all!
No parties, party groups or outside guests allowed.
We have 2 queen beds, and 1 double and 1 twin. We also have a queen air mattress in the bedroom closet if needed.
The outside gazebo has a bar/table, TV, and plumbing.
Recently added mahogany deck with 4-person hot tub/spa with outdoor shower!
The entire home and backyard are available to guests. There are 7 bicycles, a corn hole game, several beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for guests to use in the shed. The backyard gazebo has a mini-fridge and ice maker for use. There is a fire pit out back with a bundle of firewood to get you started. There is a new hot tub/spa out back as well.
Please enjoy my amazing outdoor living area, but Please be aware, my neighbors are very close and do not tolerate loud groups or parties, especially in my backyard. Quiet hours are at 9pm per Town of Mt Pleasant noise ordinance. There is zero tolerance for noise after 9pm and you will be fined. Please see the noise ordinance posted below for more details.
There are surveillance cameras at all entrances for security purposes.
