Welcome to your Windham Retreat! Enjoy incredibly easy access to some of the best skiing in New York. This home has all the extras and finishing touches that will make your vacation great, and it's only a short walk to Lower Wipeout.
On the main level, the recently remodeled kitchen features custom cabinets, beautiful granite counter tops and all the cookware and extras you could want. There is hardwood flooring throughout the house. The breakfast bar easily seats 4 and the dining table seats 10 and expands to 12 for more so you can all enjoy meal time together.
The living room is open to the kitchen and dining area in this open concept floor plan. Enjoy the comfortable leather sectional and kick back and watch some movies on one of two Smart TVs. If you really want to get cozy, relax by a nice warm wood burning fire upstairs or gas fire on the lower level. There are large decks off the main level and lower level. There are benches and Adirondack chairs so you sit comfortably with a spectacular view of the town and surrounding mountains. Enjoy the outdoor sauna and hot tub!
The main level has a half bathroom. There is also a large ski room that is the first room you enter coming in the front door. It is heated and features numerous ski racks, coat racks, and cubbies for your boots, helmets, etc. Two master suites feature en suite baths and the lower level has two bedrooms, each with two bunk beds. The lower level also features a pull-out couch.
We have a house cleaner who completely cleans the property between rentals. Surfaces and key touch points are disinfected. We also have basic cleaning supplies accessible to guests during their stay, should any cleaning needs arise.
