LOS BALANDROS:
Los Balandros, which is the name of the apartment complex where this 2-story penthouse is located, translates from Spanish as 'sloops' or, in other words, sailing warships! It certainly has nothing to do with the fight, but it does look like a sailing ship. Two huge masts, 4 decks, several swimming pools, gardens, parking and a security service – what else do you need for a well-deserved beach vacation? That's right, a spacious terrace overlooking the ocean, and you have one waiting for you here! And not just a terrace, but 40 m2 of space with a summer kitchen, sun loungers and barbecue. That's it, you can relax, you're home!

The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor, you get to it in a comfortable elevator straight from the underground parking, where you will have your own parking space. Surprisingly, having interviewed our guests, we realized that this convenience was noted by absolutely all the holidaymakers. No more carrying shopping bags or groceries through the entire complex. The route is at least 10 times shorter: 3 meters to the elevator from the parking lot + 3 meters from the elevator to the entrance to the apartment.

120 m2 of space, convenience, light and comfort. There is a super comfortable bed in the master bedroom with a king size mattress (180*200), a separate kitchen (note that this is quite rare in Spain, usually the kitchen is combined with the living room), a comfortable sofa bed with a lounge chair in the living room, a dining room and a small bedroom on the second floor with a 140*200 sofa bed and access to a spacious terrace. Also on the first floor there is a cozy terrace, where you can have incredibly romantic breakfasts because here is where the sun wakes up. Don't forget that on your arrival you'll find an #oxmarbox with traditional Canarian wine and snacks, prepared with great love by our team!

A few words about the area:

Palm Mar is a unique place that perfectly combines modern trends architecture and infrastructures with the silence and privacy we have long forgotten. Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable stay: several supermarkets, pharmacy, gym, bus stop, cafe-restaurants, fruit shop, beauty salon, clothing stores, convenience store, playgrounds, banks and medical centers, but the noise from the malls, hypermarkets, thousands of cars and crowds of tourists will not disturb your rest here. BUT, all that we have just mentioned can be enjoyed in 10-15 minutes away by car, in the center of the tourist life, the areas of Los Cristianos and Las Americas.

Spoiler alert: we live in Palm Mara ourselves, so we are giving away all our secrets! Come and you'll love it! By the way, to all who stay in Palm Mar we recommend renting a car, as public transport in the Canary Islands is as slow as the local pace of life in general! It certainly has its pros: you can take a car around the whole island and admire its diversity!

This apartment will be a good fit if you:

work remotely (we have high-speed unlimited internet access)
travel with children (the complex has spacious elevators, it’s easy to move with a stroller + we have absolutely everything for children from cribs to a set of toys)
travel with a group (there are enough Canary sunsets on the terrace for everybody)
travel alone (also a great time in your life)
travel with a pet (we love pets, and we have a bed and bowls for them)
This apartment will NOT be a good fit if you:

are planning a party (unfortunately, they are forbidden here)
want to smoke in bed (smoking is only allowed on the terrace)
travel with more than 6 people (there are only 6 beds in this apartment)
don't like order (yes, cleanliness and respect for our home is a prerequisite for your stay)
