I named this study Paganini after the world famous violinist Niccolò Paganini, who has been a guest of a nobel family for several months during his short but intense life.
This is at 20qm. Studio with Kitchenette on the 1st floor of this historical building located in Via S. Frediano, just beside the ononimous Church S. Frediano, inside the walls of Lucca.
This is my property and I have totally renovated and furnished this small studio in September 2015. I am very happy about the outcome. I love this little romantic place!
The kitchenette has the most up-to-date cooking, and the bed is very comfortable. The bathroom has a large shower and a large window for areation.
The windows to the back courtyard with no one looking at you, therefore you will have total privacy and tranquility.
On the other hand, when you walk out the main street, you will be in the middle of the historical center, with restaurants and cafes just next door to you.
This is a prime location, only 2 steps away from the main shopping street Via Fillungo, Piazza Amphitheater and the ramp to the city walls.
Free Parking can be found just outside the walls in Via Delle Tagliate. You can reach this parking through a wall, just a few steps away from the apartment. A big supermarket is on the way to the parking.
