Find all your needs are met in this 2-story, 1,000 sq foot cottage with a spacious deck, lower level King size bedroom, 2 full baths, comfortable bedding, fully equipped kitchen, propane grill, and comfortable furniture on the back deck with a wooded view. Recently remodeled with all new furniture and appliances, washer & dryer, and 2 color TVs with DVD. The location is perfect. It's close to Beaver Lake and White River for boating, hiking, fishing, and kayaking. You can find a boat ramp at Starkey Marina or nearby state parks. Only 15 minutes to Downtown Eureka Springs.
Directions: From Eureka Springs, take 62 West approx. 3 miles. Turn left onto Hwy 187 (RiverLake Outdoor Center on corner) and go 2.7 miles. From Rogers, take 62 East approx. 31 miles. Turn right onto Hwy 187 (RiverLake Outdoor Center on corner) and go 2.7 miles.
The property will be on the left side of the road (just beyond the Chapel of Angels on your right) -- turn left into a long driveway up the slight hill – the cottage driveway is separate from the main house driveway. Follow the signs to the private cottage parking next to the bamboo garden.
