Nestled steps away from Boomerang Trail, this 3 Bedroom, 2 full bath Ski in/Ski out condo is located right off Avalanche lift at the infamous Seven Springs Mountain Resort. You can watch trail and lift activity from the living room window. The condo has been newly updated and painted and boasts incredible amenities that include the Tower Lounge access with hot tub (September-June), sauna, workout equipment, fireplace and a spacious outdoor deck and grill. A key less entry, heated locker provides access to store all your ski equipment and owner-supplied sports equipment for use at the nearby community park. The park contains a playground, tennis and pickle ball court, basketball court, sand volleyball and in the summer months, a heated outdoor pool and hot tub. The condo also has a reserved, covered, carport parking space and 24/7 shuttle access to the entire resort.
At 1,300 square feet, this spacious condo can comfortably sleep 8 people (6 adults and 2 kids) and offers a unique feature providing 2 separate units within the same property. The adjoining door in the middle allows the unit to be utilized by two separate families or enjoyed as a whole to maximize space. It's perfect for two families traveling together or for the family who enjoys a little extra space.

If you love to golf or want to experience one of the most beautiful views on the mountain, check out Highlands Golf Club and Grille. It's less than 5 minutes away. Shuttle service is available to both locations depending upon the season, day, and time. The shuttle service bus stop is stone's throw away from the condo so you can go anywhere on or around the resort and enjoy your time without the worry of driving and parking.
