Villa Vista Paraiso is an amazing modern style home overlooking the town of Potrero and Potrero Beach. The home is pristine in every aspect. Upon walking into the home, you are swept away with breathtaking mountain, valley and beach views. The large open concept living room and kitchen open onto the pool and deck area. The colors of the tropical gardens on the property attract many butterflies and hummingbirds. The birds soaring overhead make you feel you are up in the sky.
The villa has four en suite master bedrooms. Each spaciously designed bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with incredible views and its own balcony. Each bedroom has a handmade king size bed made from local wood. The fourth bedroom offers two twin size beds in addition to the king size bed. The house comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom.
The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your own meals. We can even do your grocery shopping and have the refrigerator stocked prior to your arrival for a small fee. There is an outdoor grill area and an outdoor dining area. We also offer private chef service to prepare wonderful meals in the home at an additional cost.
There are many restaurants nearby to enjoy as well. The dining table is made of local Guanacaste wood and seats eight guests. The kitchen island seats an additional three guests. There is an abundance of outdoor space to enjoy the views. Whether relaxing in the double edge infinity pool or on one of the many balconies and terraces of the house, you will find your own place to rest and relax. From the third floor deck of the house you can enjoy your morning cup of Costa Rican coffee. During the evening, the deck is a perfect place to enjoy happy hour and see a stunning Costa Rican sunset.
When you are ready to explore, there are eight beautiful beaches nearby. Each beach is unique from the other. Ocean activities such as snorkeling, diving, surfing, offshore fishing trips, and sunset catamaran tours can all be arranged for you. Land activities such as zip-lining, ATV cruising, mountain biking, adventure tours and animal sanctuaries can all be arranged.
There will be an inconspicuous on-site houseman named Oscar caring for the grounds and pool, as well as serving as evening security for the property so that everyone can feel secure with their stay. Airport transfers and car rentals can be arranged for your convenience. Minimum stay is Five (5) nights. Mid-stay housekeeping is included.
Situated in the hills above Playa Potrero, Costa Rica, in the Pacific Heights area, our villa is accessed via a gravel road, making an SUV with 4x4 highly recommended for transportation.
