Welcome to Sun Kissed at Kure Beach. This is a dog friendly 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach home all to your self that sleeps 11.
Walk into our main floor to find a spacious, open living plan that allows everyone to gather together! The kitchen has plenty of room for preparing a great meal or perhaps some local seafood! Everything you will need is here, and there is a full pantry to store all of your goods. The living room has a brand-new sectional and a new sleeper sofa bed. There is a new 75" TV for your viewing pleasure. The dining table seats 8 comfortably, and there is additional seating at the bar for 4. Also on this floor is the laundry room, with full size washer and dryer, and a bedroom with a full over twin bunk bed which is perfect for the kids or teens. Across the hall is a full bathroom with a walk in shower.
A large, beautiful deck spans the entire length of the house with plenty of seating, perfect for eating outside or enjoying the ocean breeze. Solar lighting and sheer curtains give this area a warm ambiance.
Upstairs you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms. The primary suite has a king-size bed, flat screen TV and a work area with a desk and chair if you need to catch up. There is a large en-suite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub, separate shower and two separate sinks. A private deck with rocking chairs, loungers and views of the ocean make a perfect way to start and end your day.
The second bedroom also has a king bed and a flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a flat screen TV and a beautiful ship lapped accent wall. The second bath on this floor has a tub/shower combo.
All TV's get streaming YouTube TV. There is high speed fiber internet, and an extra large hot water heater. Guests will have access to one garage space with a 220V EV charging outlet.
Outside is a brand-new park style charcoal grill and enclosed outdoor shower. There is parking space for four regular sized cars. All doors have keyless entry for easy access.
We provide a beach wagon and beach chairs.

NOTE: While this is a dog friendly property, The Town of Kure Beach only allows leashed dogs on the beach from October 1 - March 31. Dogs are NOT allowed on the beach from 9AM to 5PM from April 1 - September 30. During these times, you must have on your person a bag or container for pet waste until it can be properly disposed of. Said bag or container must be produced upon request by anyone authorized to enforce this ordinance. You can walk your dog on the beach year round in two areas: Freeman Park on the north end of Carolina Beach and Fort Fisher State Recreation area, just south of the house. In Carolina Beach, leashed pets are allowed on the beach before 9am and after 5pm from April 1 - September 30, and they are always allowed during the off season.
