This is my home in Nice, a quiet apartment with a private garden in the city. I’ve renovated it using upcycled materials and maintained period features such as the original parquet floor from 1930. The garden features a decking area with grass and a hammock with a large awning for complete privacy. It also has a small electric BBQ!

A well equipped kitchen with modern appliances, Nespresso machine, Blender and toaster big enough for a Baguette!

Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The space:

Lounge:
A cosy space with a large sofa bed which is exceptionally comfortable for guests. There is a 42” Smart TV with a stylish TV unit and high speed fibre internet. Boasting an original oil painting from a local artist from the Riviera.
Air conditioned for your comfort.

Outside space:
A stunning private 70m2 private garden leads out from the lounge. There are planted flower beds, palm trees with a hammock and fruit trees. There is a dining table to seat 4 and a comfy up-cycled pallet sofa with a large awning to cover the decked area. There is an electric hot plate for BBQs and a large area of synthetic Grass to relax on. The garden has sun from mid to late afternoon providing much needed shade from the heat of the summer sun.
It is a very special peaceful and rare area in the heart of the city!

Bedroom:
A large bedroom featuring a King Size bed with a Simba foam mattress, there is little traffic passing by the apartment and there is double glazing for a peaceful nights sleep. Large mirrored wardrobes, chest of draws and floating bedside tables, there is ample storage space. Air conditioned for your comfort.

Bathroom:
A large bath with rainfall shower and two sinks with ample storage and a modern washer drier and a Separate toilet/WC.

Kitchen:
An exceptionally well-equipped kitchen has everything you could possibly wish for built using a recycled writing desk and draws, with open shelves featuring steel pipe work and raw wood. At your disposal is an induction hob and oven, stylish free standing fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle and a vast array of pots and pans to rustle up a feast.

Dining area:
There is a dining table to seat 4 which tucks away nicely to make plenty of extra space.

Hallway:
A welcoming entrance to the property with a 17th Century mirror, featuring a bench with steel pipework coat rack. A vintage French Motobecane bike is suspended from the ceiling, showcasing a piece of French functional art.
