The space
A lot of TLC went into this cozy, clean and fully sanitized basement studio.
The studio has been just renovated with a beautiful dining area and kitchen, a full bathroom, a cozy living area with a HD TV with streaming options, a sleeping space with a new king size bed and a comfortable work space.
It’s an open flow floor plan with high ceilings and windows all around that bring great natural light with shades you can pull up and down.
The Room and Board sofa folds out into an extra queen bed or two twins.
Fabulous, redone kitchen with luxury touches at every turn. Substantially oversized waterfall quartz island with a couple of stools. Shaker style cabinetry, striking glass tile backsplash and all SS appliances. The kitchen has all the basics to be able to prep some meals.
The bathroom is also fully renovated. Feel free to use the toiletries located inside the shower.
Washing machine and dryer upon request on the same floor.
The studio is located at the basement of a three-story single family house. You will have total autonomy and privacy since the entrance is located on one side of the house through the garage.
Parking in the city can be tricky and is not guaranteed. There’s free street parking available less that 1/2 a block away, but please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere to avoid being towed or ticketed.

We have put a lot of dedication into remodeling the space to give you a memorable experience. We would love to host people who will appreciate and treat the space as their own.
Please note that we live upstairs. The studio is located at the basement of a single family house. We try to be as respectful as possible by giving quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
