There is also a separate branch that runs along the outdoor dining area that flows into the creek. All this in a park like setting.
Nearby is the entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains, Ruby/Gem mining, Smoky Mountain Railroad, White water rafting at the Nantahala outdoor center, Deep Creek tubing, hiking, waterfalls, fishing, ziplining, mountain biking, breweries, Bryson City and Franklin shops, casino, and more.
