Welcome! This stunning newly renovated house with private resort style pool and spa has a large yard with fire pit and is perfect for entertaining. This family friendly neighborhood is just 20 minutes from the Strip and 25 minutes from the airport. It is perfect for families, business travelers or a group of friends. We are looking forward to hosting you!

A fully equipped kitchen includes small appliance and everything you need to cook during your vacation. If eating out is what you want there are dozens of restaurants, grocery stores, several golf courses, casinos and shopping all within 5 minutes.
Uber and Lyft are a great way to get around and a ride to the Strip or Freemont street is just so easy. We are just 20 minutes from the Strip or Fremont Street. Red Rock Canyon is also only 20 minutes away and offers hiking and rock climbing.
The back yard has a beautiful pool and spa, BBQ, covered eating area with misters and a fire pit area for those chilly evenings. If you choose to have the pool heated just let us know and we will accommodate. (Please note there is an additional $50 day to heat the pool). Please note to use caution with children as the pool is NOT gated.

All Bedrooms and Family room have big screen TV's with cable. High speed internet is also available. Fresh Linens and towels, shampoo and soap are available.

A professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit.
The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in :) The lock is connected to Wifi and changes with every guest for added security. There is a host that is always available for any need you might have.
Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Late check-out will only be accommodated if there are not other guests coming in as it takes 6 hours for cleaning.
No Parties, Events. This is a quiet family community and so please refrain from loud music and parties at night after 9pm.
No Pets/No Smoking
This is not a party house. It is a quiet family neighbourhood. Guests must be considerate of no outside noise before 9am or after 9pm.
