Beautiful Colorado River front condo in the Laguna Nueva condo complex. One of the nicest units in the complex with stunning river views. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets nightly from two separate balconies. The Laguna Nueva complex includes a Marina, heated swimming pool, spa and a 200 foot dock on the river for additonal sunset viewing. Unit H-7 is a corner unit townhome with 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a balcony off the living room and another one off the master bedroom. The unit has a three car tandem garage, but it is a shared garage with another unit. The owner usually has one space taken with a stored vehicle. The condo is only minutes from the Laughlin Casinos. This unit is the perfect destination for snow birds!
The Master Bedroom has a King bed and the second bedroom has a Queen bed. The condo has everything you need for extended stays including cable TV, WiFi, televisions in living room and bedrooms, DVD player, fireplace, washer/dryer in condo, all linens, a fully equipped kitchen and BBQ.
