Located in the town of Saint Raphaël and more particularly in the bay of Agay in the Pierre et Vacances village of “Cap Esterel”, our studio cabin can accommodate up to 4 people. Here, everything is done so that your stay takes place under the best auspices!
Nestled at the foot of the Esterel, (magical for its hikes, its red rocks and its wild side) and at the edge of the Mediterranean, the Cap Esterel holiday village offers activities for all: 5 swimming pools including 1 with waves and 1 with heated overflow. Water slides, children's play areas, 9-hole golf course, several tennis courts, mini-golf, Spa, children's and teens' clubs, sports and fun courses, bicycle, buggy, archery, tree climbing rentals. ..
With its 210 hectares, Cap Esterel is the largest pedestrian holiday village in Europe. The heart of the village is made up of several restaurants and shops. It also has a shopping street with a Super U express, a tobacconist, an ATM, clothing and souvenir shops, and a laundromat. There is even a doctor there! In summer, the village square hosts a Provencal market on Wednesdays.
In order to move more easily and quickly, a small train (free) serves in season, throughout the day, several strategic stops throughout the area, allowing for example, to get to the beach of Dramont without having a road to cross! From the studio, you can also easily walk to the beach of Pourrousset in Agay since it is 350 meters away (the pedestrian path that leads there passes next to the studio)
The studio is located very close to the center of the village but far enough back so as not to be bothered by the noise of the entertainment; It is on the 1st floor on the terrace side but almost full feet on the passageway side (5 steps to climb).
The studio consists of an independent cabin with 2 bunk beds and a desk. The cabin has a window fitted with a blackout blind and curtain.
A corridor with several cupboards serves the bathroom / wc and the living room. In this one, you will have at your disposal a fitted kitchenette equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, ceramic hobs, a microwave, a fan oven as well than a very quiet fridge / freezer combination (3 drawers) with a fresh water dispenser.
As for breakfast, a kettle and an electric coffee maker allow everyone to be satisfied and for lovers, a Nespresso coffee machine and a toaster for delicious toasted sandwiches.
Finally, for small convivial meals we provide an electric plancha also.
Several storage spaces are also available there.
For sleeping, the living room has a large, very comfortable Rapido sofa that quickly transforms into a real 160-wide bed. The mattress is in latex and Dunlopillo brand.
For image fans, an LCD TV is also available. As for those who prefer game evenings, the studio has several board games for young and old. Enough to make your own aperitif games!
Finally, you will find reading for young and old at your disposal on the shelves of the living room
Media side, you will have wifi access included in the rental.
On the idleness / beach side, we provide you with mats and a parasol and if a picnic tempts you, you will find in the equipment conservation boxes, ice packs and a cooler bag.
In the bathroom, a bathtub with glass shower screen allows everyone to choose the invigorating or relaxing side of the bath. A towel radiator and hanging toilets complete the bathroom. To get a makeover after swimming, a hair dryer is available. For more practitioners, a magnifying mirror on a stand is also present in the room.
To take your meals in the studio, 2 possibilities: inside around the console table or on the terrace (7m2) of the studio since it has an outdoor lounge composed of 2 (folding) tables and armchairs. The terrace offers a view that, personally, I love: when many have seen the sea or the golf course or the Esterel, the view from the Roches d'Azur terrace combines these 3 views since from its East facade you can admire the red rocks of Rastel d'Agay, but also a green part thanks to the golf course while its southern side offers a view of the sea ... And yes, that's the advantage of having a corner terrace !! !
The South-East exposure allows you to benefit from the gentle sunny heat of the morning while being protected from the sun during the hottest hours and to be able to enjoy the sweetness of the end of the afternoon in the shade after refueling of sunshine during your day! The terrace is equipped with adjustable blinds to protect from the sun or for more privacy. There is also plenty of space to hang your clothes there: trigger, towel bars and retractable clothesline.
