This residence has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread out over the main building and the yurt. On the ground floor is an open concept living space: a double-height lounge with built-in sofas and an open wood fireplace that opens to a large kitchen with an island, a dining table seating 6 (which can easily be extended to 8 with an available second table), a mud room, and a downstairs bathroom with a shower. On the 1st floor is a mezzanine landing that overlooks the living space. Further, on this 2nd floor are 4 bedrooms with 10 beds: a primary kingsize bedroom, the kids’ room with 2 single / twin beds and a bunk bed sleeping 4 in total, a queensize bedroom, and a bedroom with a single / twin, with another single pull out bed. On the same floor there is on bathroom with a double head shower and steambath that is accessible from the primary king bed room and the kids room as well as a family bathroom with a shower over tub. Additionally on the top floor there is cozy windowless attic room with a queen mattress on the floor and some reading lights (known as the Harry Potter room). The roof has a terrace with views over the treetops and Overlook Mountain. There is also a yurt sleeping up to 4 with a double / full bed and bunk bed -- there is a sink but no bathroom.
