KITCHEN: Full cookware and olive oil / salt / pepper to cook. Keurig, French press, and electric water kettle provided.
ROOFTOP: Couch seating, dining set and grill (Weber Genesis) with views of the city.
PARKING: One off street designated compact car parking spot next to outlet and free street parking.
AC / HEAT: Individual mini split Heat & AC units on 2nd and 3rd floor. Radiant heat on ground floor.

We only allow dogs on a case by case basis. If you are interested in bringing a pet, please message us with the breed and age information prior to booking. Any non-approved pets will be subject to a $500 per pet fine. We are local to the neighborhood and look forward to seeing you and your pet on your walks. No cats, rodents, fish, etc.
