Come one, come all! This huge Smoky Mountain cabin is ideally suited for family vacations, reunions with friends, or even church or work retreats. This cabin has 6 spacious suites, all with jacuzzi tubs and 2 with private decks. With jacuzzis in every bedroom, you simply won't want to leave.

This beautiful 3,650 sq. ft. cabin is on a high ridge in Wears Valley and has a majestic view of the valley and surrounding mountains. Outside is a hot tub and spacious decks to enjoy the panoramic view and abundant wildlife, plus a gazebo with an incredible view (perfect for small, intimate weddings).

In the main living room, you'll nearly feel like you're outside while enjoying all the comforts of home inside. The big windows and sky-high ceilings create an open, airy atmosphere, and the gorgeous wooden decor adds a cozy touch. Warm up in front of the fireplace and turn on the TV for a family movie night or to watch the big games.

How about a friendly competition? Head to the game room for a spirited game of pool, checkers, or foosball.

--KITCHEN & DINING--
Between skiing at Ober Gatlinburg and riding the rollercoasters at Dollywood, you'll surely work up an appetite! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook for a group. It opens up to the living room, so conversation can flow effortlessly.

The kitchen has modern appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer (with ice maker!), electric stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Cabinets are stocked with new cookware, dishes, and glasses. There's also a double sink for easy clean-up and lots of counter space on the kitchen island. The island has a couple of barstools, but you can move them out of the way when you set out appetizers or a self-serve ice cream bar. Pots and pans are available; please note we do not provide condiments such as salt and pepper.

Whether you get take-out from Geppettos or cook a homestyle favorite, settle in for a delicious meal at the huge dining tables, which have seats for 16.

Though the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas are known for exhilarating activities like hiking and skiing, there's nothing wrong with taking a breather and enjoying the great outdoors from your back porch. The wraparound deck offers magnificent views of the forest and mountains, and there's simply no better spot for your morning coffee or happy hour beverage than right here.

Take a dip in the hot tub, conveniently located on the deck, or hang out in a rocking chair. In the backyard, you'll find a charming gazebo, which is a picturesque setting for relaxing.

The entire cabin has fast WiFi, central heating, and air conditioning, so you'll always be comfortable and connected.

Free parking is available for a few vehicles in the driveway. Up to 5 standard-size vehicles or more could fit depending on how the cars are positioned, such as parking on a hill.

Home Truths:
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Due to the home's remote location, it relies on well water. This can result in decreased water pressure when multiple high-water-usage appliances are running simultaneously.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
