At the South end of Beach Ave. near the Cove, this top notch 3 story Victorian townhome (2,385sq. ft.) is located directly across the street from the beach. You can see the ocean from the 2nd story deck! Plus, there is a heated swimming pool, 2 BBQ grills, and an exercise facility. It features 4 bedrooms with their own bathrooms that include hair dryers, flat screen TV’s, and ceiling fans. All showers have instant hot water supplied from the large water heater. To sleep 8, mattresses are: King (3rd floor master bedroom), Olympic Queen (2nd floor bedroom), Queen (1st floor bedroom), and 2 Twins or a King when pushed together (3rd floor bedroom). Freshly laundered bed sheets and pillowcases are provided. On the 2nd floor is the large expansive great room with living room, dining area, breakfast bar and a completely equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters that has high end KitchenAid appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious family meals. Your morning coffee can be brewed with a Keurig or with a reliable Mr. Coffee maker. The dining area features a large table with bench seating on both sides. The living room has a large flat screen TV with all regular channels, and true surround sound.
Netflix is included! Also, there are top quality audio & video receivers. At the top of the 2 stairway landings, there are child gates permanently secured to the walls. There is a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board and iron, garage with fridge and 2 car parking in the unit driveway. There are also some guest parking spots available. In the garage, there is a championship ping pong table. No parking of any vehicles is allowed in the garage. Plus, there is a heated pool, outside shower, 2 BBQ grills on the pool deck and a fitness center. All doors are opened and locked via digital keypads. Again, freshly laundered bed sheets and pillowcases for each bed are delivered from Linen Ladies in Cape May for you to put on. You'll need to bring all your own towels (bath, kitchen & beach), pillows and blankets. But, if traveling by air or you just don’t feel like packing towels, etc at your expense, you can order from www.linenladies.com (609-884-3246). They will be delivered to the front porch with your sheets. There is no need to drive anywhere, since you can walk to Washington Street Mall or Congress Hall in less than10 minutes and to many fine restaurants. The Rusty Nail bar with live entertainment & restaurant is right next door. Seaboard Walk is the perfect location!
